I will be lead assisting Jennifer in this upcoming Teacher Training! Find out more at our information session. This event is the perfect way to find out more about what makes the YogaWorks method, and YogaWorks Teacher Training, the gold standard for yoga in this country and beyond. The session begins with a free hour class taught in the YogaWorks method followed by an information session led by the trainer.
